To knit this waistcoat, you only need to know how to knit and purl, and to make increases and decreases.
 
Pattern description:
Alexandra, is a top-down pattern, you start with the back yoke and knit to the armhole, then pick up stitches from the cast on row to create the front, which you knit in the same way as the back, but making increases in the neckline area that you will incorporate into the chevron motif in groups of 7 stitches. Once you have the same rows, join the three pieces together to continue in one row until you reach the desired length.
